What Moss Tells You About a Forest

What Moss Tells You About a Forest

A thick green coat is a sign of clean, damp air. Most of it comes down to the same thing: keep what is standing, and give back what has been lost.

Check the claims

Ask what a promise actually means: how many trees, planted where, and who looks after them afterwards. An honest project answers those questions gladly, and a good label gives you somewhere to read the answers.

Work with the people who live there

Forests last when the communities beside them have a reason and the means to look after them. The strongest projects are the ones local people lead, rather than the ones that arrive from far away with a plan.
